Your Cross Gear is Here

We are in the throes of Cyclocross, and we've got all the stuff to make your hour of pain fast and equipped. We have your tires, bottles, elixirs, and more.

Where to begin? First, you need a tough, dependable CX bike. Trek has some beauties that we swear by, and figure if it's good enough for Sven, it's more than enough for us. The Crockett and Boone bikes are winners. With pure race geometry, disc or canti brakes, and smooth, stable riding, these are our go-tos.

Learn the details on these two machines.

Bontrager Cambion

The Cambion is officially a MTB shoe, but it is perfect for Cross. It's stiff sole gives great power transfer, while the XXX upper allows for form fit. One BOA adjustment locks down the fit, and an additional velcro system at the toe box is good for those who need a bit more adjustment. These can be optioned with additional toe studs for stable running. Available in the Austin store.

Fabric Water Bottle

The Fabric Cageless Water bottle is a cool innovation. After years of cage/bottle interplay, Fabric has devised a cleaner, simpler solution. Using frame mounts and couplers in the bottle, they've eliminated the need for extra hardware. Why is this good for Cross? Take your pre-laps with hydration on the bike, and when racing starts, lose the bottle and ride with no obstructions. Available in the Austin store .
